Scopophobia is the excessive fear of being looked at, which effectively translates into a fear of being photographed. While as photographers, we are predominantly behind the camera, it doesn’t mean that our lives are void of struggles.
On Saturday evening, we will be hosting a frank, friendly and supportive conversation while exploring the theme, Fears, Barriers and Anxiety. Our aim is for attendees to share something they struggle with regarding their photography, listen to other photographers’ experiences, gain a little encouragement, and collectively seek to identify a few solutions.
Lenses of Croydon comprises of photographers of various skill levels and irrespective of if you’re a professional or someone just starting in photography, we will all struggle with one thing or another.
