Martin Ruddock is a big fan of most genres of photography, who particularly enjoys documentary photography as he finds the use of still images for research purposes to be extremely interesting.
After picking back up his camera and taking photos again while working abroad, Martin has caught the photography bug once more and has been consistently taking pictures ever since while gradually narrowing my focus.
Martin feels privileged to have been working in research for over ten years, initially in Indonesia and then in Psychology and currently in Ophthalmology in Southampton, where he now lives with his family.
Throughout his talk, Martin will be sharing various projects that he has undertaken and images that document the various countries that he has visited or had an opportunity to reside in over the years.
As is customary at the Croydon Photography Forum, we will be holding a prize draw to will item. While any size donation is welcomed, donations of £3 will entitle you to an entry into the evening’s prize draw, and a donation of £5 will give you two prize draw entries and so forth.
